TWILIGHT – Dawn of a new Nation
On a moonless night; stars rebel against the sky,
Only the barking of faraway dogs break the hymen of the silent night; crying for dawn,
I heard a voice whisper and my eyes were opened.
Memories open my eyes and I see,
A throne covered in rainbow;
made from jasper and glowing stones,
Houses of men like gods;
Abode that flow with milk and honey,
King amidst kings of the time.
Again! curtain fell,
Covering this enthralling scenes;
darkness rise like morning sun,
The land is barren yet it produced
its bloody sour unhealthy fruits,
People eat in chains and blindfold,
Who will bell the cat? My heart cry.
After a long walk through this alley of tears,
I saw tomorrow drawing near in her enthralling beauty,
Like a meal she was garnished,
Her aroma cause the land to vomit her scars,
Refreshed and rebirth; the land shine forth like polestar.
